Thai fried chicken

Hi everyone :)
Now we will do together a very good and healthy recipe it is a Thai recipe.
lets do it :)



Ingredients:
250 grams chicken thighs - (sliced ​​thinly)
1 / 2 red pepper - (sliced ​​thinly)
1 / 2 green pepper - (sliced ​​thinly)
2 to 3 green onions - (chopped)
4 or 5 ginger slices
2 cloves garlic - (minced)
1 / 4 cup peanuts - (Crushed)
1 / 2 teaspoon oyster sauce
Sugar, salt, black pepper
2 to 3 tablespoons oil (preferred olive)

How to prepare:
1 - Heat the oil to a high degree. Add the ginger, garlic and chicken. Stir until the chicken color changed.
2 - Add the vegetables and stir for 2-3 minutes until cooked.
3 - Add the peanuts, salt, pepper, oyster sauce and mix them well. Let them for a minute.
